Store pickup – Save on shipping and pickup your order at the showroom.
Local Delivery – We offer in town delivery for $40 in the City of Eau Claire, WI. After you place your order, you will be contacted within two business days to schedule delivery. An adult must be present. We request a 48 hour notice of delivery cancellation or to reschedule delivery. You may be charged an additional fee if you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of delivery or an adult is not present at the time of delivery. Please note we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box
Out of Town – Out of the City of Eau Claire, WI will be delivered based on weight and size of your purchase which helps to determine the best form of delivery. Items will ship via FedEx and you will receive notification as soon as it ships. Please note we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
It is very important to pre-measure for your furniture before purchasing or scheduling delivery to avoid delivery day disappointments. Measurements are available on our site for each piece. Most pieces require a 30” doorway or larger. Please keep in mind hallways, stairways, right angles and ceiling heights of the path your furniture needs to clear. There must be an elevator for any deliveries over 2 floors. Please ensure that the pathway is free of obstacles, your pets are secured and the space is cleared of your current pieces. We will not move your existing furniture, electronics or any other personal items. We also are not able to take away your existing furniture. There are a number of nonprofit organizations that will pick up and take your furniture at no charge.
If you are unsure about whether your piece will fit and would like extra measurements or information, please contact us. We would be happy to help ensure your new furniture will fit within your space.
Damaged Pieces – In the event a piece is received damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. We will need pictures of the damage as well as the package it was received in. We will either replace or repair the item.
Change of Mind – Piece not what you thought it would be? We will gladly take back your undamaged piece within seven days. We will also charge a 20% restocking fee on standard stock items and 40% restocking on custom orders. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees or items can be returned to the store. Please contact us before returning items.
Wrong Item or Missing Items:
In the unlikely event you receive incorrect items or you are missing items, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. Please note that we may not be able to ship your entire order together. Your notification email will contain all of the details.
Any items returned are inspected upon receipt and any exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item minus restocking fees. Shipping, delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable with the exception of damaged or defective pieces. Payment method will determine credit or refund process.
We allow for 24 hours once an order has been placed to cancel it with no charge. Cancelling after 24 hours, we will charge a 10% cancellation fee. After 48 hours you can no longer cancel and it becomes a return.

We work hard to keep our prices competitive and pieces on trend. In the event you discover a lower priced item on the same brand and model at the time of your purchase we will match the price.
- Cannot be a clearance, closeout, discontinued, floor model, “as is”, backordered or special order item.
- Must be identical in manufacturer, model, quantity, brand, color, material, etc.
- Has a published price and/or you have a written quote from a local brick and mortar store (local being within 50 miles of Eau Claire, WI). Verbal prices are not accepted. Online prices are not accepted.
- Is from an authorized and verified retailer. Gray Area Interiors reserves the right to verify the retailer, manufacturer, model and any other applicable information.
- Is in stock and available for immediate shipment from the other retailer.
- Will be honored on current transactions. Price matching cannot be applied to previous orders.
- Must be the final price after item price, applicable sales tax, shipping or handling fees are displayed in the retailer’s online cart, advertisement or quote.
We reserve the right to confirm the other retailer’s price along with any costs of providing equivalent services in order to determine the price to be matched.
